Reading and sharing Prezava
Read, save and pass on Prezava pages while planning your own trips. Prezava forbids mass copying, claiming its writing as your own, and interfering with the site.
Who may use Prezava
Prezava is aimed at people aged 18 and up, or 21 and up wherever local law fixes that threshold for the venues named.
Notes, not advice
Each resort note reflects rooms and leisure facilities as Prezava understood them on the last check. It is neither an offer nor advice. Rates, availability, age limits and policies need confirming with the resort.
Who owns position one
The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida owns Miccosukee Casino & Resort, which alone explains its first position; editors place positions two to ten. Certain links can earn Prezava a referral fee, as the affiliate disclosure explains.
Hotels, platforms and other sites
Prezava carries no responsibility for linked hotels, booking platforms or other websites, and it has no control over the nightly prices, resort fees, deposits or cancellation terms those businesses set or later change. Any stay you buy is a contract between you and that hotel or platform, not Prezava.
Copyright and marks
The publisher holds the rights to Prezava's writing, layout, sawgrass logo and monogram panels. Each hotel's name remains its owner's mark; Prezava mentions it only as a label. Prezava draws its own monogram tiles; none is a hotel logo.
Prezava's subject matter
Remit of Prezava: Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. (Prezava terms)
Prezava's liability
Where the law permits, Prezava accepts no liability for loss that follows from trusting a Prezava note or from Prezava going offline for a while. Consumer rights that the law protects from exclusion are untouched.
Governing law: Florida
Florida state law governs these Prezava terms; U.S. federal law fills in where relevant. Disputes belong before Florida courts, save where your local consumer law hands you a different venue.
