Personal data collected through Prezava is controlled by the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida, 500 SW 177th Avenue, Miami FL 33194. Write to privacy@prezava.com with any privacy matter.

Data Prezava gathers

• Connection data: your IP address, the approximate place Prezava can deduce from that address (a city or wider area at most), your browser's user-agent string, which Prezava pages were requested and when.
• Message data: name, email, topic and text, which reach Prezava only once you send the draft your mail program builds.
• Consent setting: kept in local storage inside your browser.

Why Prezava uses data, and on what basis

• Operating and protecting Prezava (legitimate interest).
• Analytics, meaning totals of visits and of sections read (consent).
• Marketing, meaning a referral or affiliate partner credits a booking to a Prezava button (consent).
• Replying to mail you send (legitimate interest, or pre-contract steps you asked for).

Who else sees it

Prezava's hosting and analytics vendors handle connection data for us. Once you allow advertising cookies, Prezava's affiliate partners receive identifiers that tie a booking to a click made on Prezava. A hotel's website applies its own privacy terms once you land there. Message content is never sold.

Some Prezava vendors operate from America or from other countries than yours; where the law demands it, Prezava builds those transfers on lawful safeguards (standard contractual clauses, say).

Retention periods

Server logs: no more than 90 days. Prezava keeps analytics totals up to 26 months. Mail stays while a conversation runs, then at most two more years. Consent setting: 12 months, then Prezava asks once more.

GDPR and UK GDPR rights

Under these laws you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing. Withdrawing consent is possible whenever you like; processing done before that stays lawful. You may also lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator in your own country.

CCPA / CPRA: Californian residents

Californians may learn which personal information Prezava holds and what it is used for, have it corrected or deleted, restrict Prezava's handling of sensitive details, and say no to any sale or sharing for cross-context ad targeting. A browser sending Global Privacy Control is treated by Prezava as having opted out, with advertising cookies shut off automatically. Exercising a right never changes how Prezava treats you.

Under-18s

Prezava is written for adults, and anyone under 18 should not send personal data. Should a minor's message arrive, Prezava erases it.

Name the right you want to use in an email to privacy@prezava.com. Prezava may first verify who you are, and replies within the period the law sets.
